To provide an absorbent article capable of repeatedly attaching a tape member for aftertreatment and being cleanly disposed by the tape member in disposal.SOLUTION: An absorbent article (10) comprises a body part (20), an adhesive part (70) for causing the absorbent article to adhere to a wearing article, and a tape member (60) for aftertreatment. The tape member comprises a fixing area (61) fixed to the body part, and a non-fixing area (64) not fixed to the body part and extendable in an extension direction. The non-fixing area of the tape member has a first layer (65) and a second layer (66) overlapped on the first layer. At least the second layer of the non-fixing area can be attached/detached to/from the adhesive part after using the absorbent article.
