Provided are an imaging device, an endoscope, and an endoscope system capable of reducing the number of I/O terminals while receiving a control signal. The imaging device includes a first chip 21, a transmission cable 3, a power voltage generator 55 provided on a proximal end side of the transmission cable 3 to supply a negative voltage to the first chip 21, a separator 26 connected between the first chip 21 and the transmission cable 3 to separate an offset voltage and a pulse voltage input from the outside and output the separated offset voltage to the first chip 21, a pulse signal superimposing unit 56 connected in parallel to the power voltage generator 55 on the proximal end side of the transmission cable 3 to generate a pulse signal and superimpose the pulse signal on the negative voltage, a pulse signal detector 27 configured to detect a pulse signal superimposed on the transmission cable 3, and a timing generator 25 configured to generate a driving signal for driving the first chip 21 using the pulse signal detected by the pulse signal detector 27.
