The subject of the invention is medicine box with integrated tampering detecting, the design of which box allows the indication of an earlier opening of the medicine box as a result of tearing the tampering indicating lug at the time of the first opening of the box, and at the same time, it also allows to close the box again in the usual manner. The medicine box according to the invention is cut out of base plate made of paper or cardboard, and produced from the base plate by folding along the folding edges and attached at the adhering surface.
