PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount capable of easily pulling out a long medical member when using the medical member, and to securely hold the long medical member when storing the medical member, and further, a mount. Provided is a mount capable of reliably holding a long medical member even when the medical member is bent. SOLUTION: The flat surface 4 for holding a long medical member 2 is provided, and the flat surface 4 has a tip end side tab 3a1 to 3an and a proximal end side tab 3b1 to hold the medical member 2. 3bn is formed as a pair, and creases (5b1, 5b2 ... 5bn) are formed in the base end side tabs 3b1 to 3bn in the direction intersecting the bottom side B1 of the tab.
