PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile X-ray diagnostic apparatus enabling improvement in operability related to movement.SOLUTION: The mobile X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an apparatus body, a first operation handle, a second operation handle and a throttle. The apparatus body controls generation of X-rays by an X-ray tube. The first operation handle is mounted on the apparatus body and operated when the apparatus body travels. The second operation handle is mounted on a side different from that of the first operation handle in the apparatus body and gripped by an operator to be operated when the apparatus body travels. The throttle is flexibly rotationally mounted on the second operation handle taking the longitudinal direction of the second operation handle as an axis and accepts operation for controlling travel of the apparatus body by accepting a rotational operation by an operator.
