The utility model discloses buffalo milk in powder form which comprises: 20 liters of and 200 grams maltose. It is produced by selecting fresh raw buffalo milk, pasteurizing the raw milk for 10 - 15 minutes using the pasteurizing machine, mixing the pasteurized milk with maltose, homogenizing the mixture drying of the homogenized milk using the spray dryer for one hour and constant temperature of cooling of powder milk, packing the buffalo powdered milk to a polypropylene plastic bag.
