A capsule-type endoscope is introduced into a subject to be examined to obtain information about the inside of the subject to be examined, and transfers the obtained information about the inside of the subject to be examined to the outside through the subject to be examined. The endoscope has a plurality of electrodes disposed on the outer circumferential surface thereof. A electrode selection means selects two electrodes having less transmission power loss from the electrodes as transmission electrodes to be used to transmit the information about the inside of the subject to be examined. A transmission means uses the two transmission electrodes selected by the electrode selection means to transmit the information about the inside of the subject to be examined to the outside.피검체 내에 도입되어 피검체 내 정보를 취득하고, 그 취득한 피검체 내 정보를 상기 피검체를 통해서 외부에 송신하는 캡슐형 내시경은 그 외주면상에 배치되는 복수의 전극을 갖는다. 전극 선택 수단은 복수의 전극 중에서 송신 전력 손실이 적은 2개의 전극을, 피검체 내 정보를 송신하기 위해 이용되는 송신 전극으로서 선택한다. 송신 수단은 피검체 내 정보를 피검체의 외부에 송신하기 위하여 전극 선택 수단에 의해 선택된 2개의 송신 전극을 사용한다.
