The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a jig for drug capsule production and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture a jig for producing a capsule having drug embedded therein, which vertically attaches a plurality of metallic materials on one flat surface, forms an end surface into a spherical shape, dips the metallic materials in liquefied gelatin to attach the gelatin on the outer surface of the metallic material, drying the gelatin, and peels off and produces the dried gelatin in a capsule shape. To this end, According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step (S10) of manufacturing a capsule shaped metallic capsule rod to embed drug therein; a step (S20) of vertically attaching a plurality of the metallic capsule rods on one metal plate to form a capsule plate; a step (S30) of attaching a vertical plate to both end parts of an attachment plate and forming a plurality of insertion plates spaced apart from the vertical plate at a predetermined interval; a step (S40) of inserting the corresponding capsule plate into each insertion plate, wherein the metal capsule rod of the capsule plate is inserted towards a vertical lower side; a step (S50) of forming Teflon coating on the entire outer surface of the vertical plate to prevent plated metal from being formed on the outer surface during a plating plate; and a step (S60) of immersing the attachment plate in a plating tub to advance the plating process, wherein the metallic capsule rod faces the vertical lower side, such that an electric flow is inhibited as much as a predetermined length of the metal capsule rod attached to the lower surface of the capsule plate to block electric conduction, thereby plating is not advanced.본 발명은 제약용 캡슐 제조용 지그의 제조방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 약품을 내장하기 위한 캡슐을 제조하기 위한 지그의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 1개의 평판면에 다수개의 금속재를 수직으로 부착시키고, 끝단면은 구형상으로 형성시키고, 액체상태의 젤라틴에 일정시간 디핑하여, 금속재의 외측면에 젤라틴이 부착되어, 건조시킨 후에, 건조된 젤라틴을 벗겨서, 캡슐형태로 제조시키는 지그를 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.이를 위하여, 약품을 내장하기 위한 캡슐을 제
