The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a jig for drug capsule production and, more specifically, to a method to manufacture a jig for producing a capsule having drug embedded therein, which vertically attaches a plurality of metallic materials on one flat surface, forms an end surface into a spherical shape, dips the metallic materials in liquefied gelatin to attach the gelatin on the outer surface of the metallic material, drying the gelatin, and peels off and produces the dried gelatin in a capsule shape.
