PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a coating expanded material, which enables simple formation of a coating layer with sufficient strength, and the like.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a coating expanded material includes the steps of: arranging a foam plate 10 on a surface of a ventilation plate 40 with a vent hole 42 bringing a heated resin sheet 20a into contact with a surface of the foam plate 10 and a part 40p, around the foam plate 10, of the surface of the ventilation plate 40 and sucking out gas between the ventilation plate 40 and the resin sheet 20a to the other side of the ventilation plate 40 via the vent hole 42 to bring the resin sheet 20a into intimate contact with the foam plate 10.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
