PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for an endoscope capable of performing incision operation while securing the visual field of the endoscope when incising a submucosa.SOLUTION: The treatment tool for endoscope 20 includes: a treatment tool 5 which has an end which is inserted in a living tissue and holds the living tissue with an endoscope E a connection part 26 which connects the end of the treatment tool to an endoscope tip part to be close or far a first rotary shaft 23 which supports the connection part and the endoscope tip part and a second rotary shaft 25 which supports the connection part and the end, wherein the treatment tool is prepared to extend along a central axis C of the endoscope tip part in the external of the endoscope.
