A process of Alpinia zerumbet preparations for gastroprotection including steps of mixing 50-80% of lpinia zerumbet, 15-40% Curcuma, and 5-20% Glycyrrhizae Radix to form a solution adding ethanol to the solution adding 5-95% water to the ethanol solution to form a water diluted ethanol solution extracting the water diluted ethanol solution concentrating and drying the extraction and sifting the concentrated and dried extraction to obtain Alpinia zerumbet preparations which can better protect the stomach in comparison with other typical gastro-protection preparations.
