A sheath tube (6) is sleeved outside the ureterorenoscope tube (17), wherein the length of the sheath tube (6) is less than that of the ureterorenoscope tube (17). The telescopic mechanism is located at one end of the sheath tube (6) and connected to the ureterorenoscope body (27) via the assembly and disassembly mechanism.
