Disclosed is a ureterorenoscope with a bendable head end, comprising an operation main body (4). The operation main body (4) is connected to a ureterorenoscope tube (17) and the operation main body (4) comprises a ureterorenoscope body (27), an assembly and disassembly mechanism and a telescopic mechanism which are sequentially connected. The ureterorenoscope tube (17) comprises an inserting part (9), a bending part (7) and a tip part (8) which are sequentially connected, wherein the inserting part (9) is connected to the ureterorenoscope body (27). A sheath tube (6) is sleeved outside the ureterorenoscope tube (17), wherein the length of the sheath tube (6) is less than that of the ureterorenoscope tube (17). The telescopic mechanism is located at one end of the sheath tube (6) and connected to the ureterorenoscope body (27) via the assembly and disassembly mechanism. The ureterorenoscope may be both hard and soft, and is rapidly assembled and disassembled, thereby facilitating disinfection of each of the parts the ureterorenoscope is easily inserted into the ureter, can successfully enter each renal calyx, especially the lower calyx, and can properly observe circumstances inside the lower calyx and the ureterorenoscope solves the technical problems existing in the prior art that an ureteroscopy is difficult to insert into the ureter, is unable to properly observe circumstances inside the lower calyx and unable to effectively carry out diagnosis and treatment, and that each part cannot be rapidly assembled and disassembled and disinfected.Linvention concerne un urétérorénoscope ayant une extrémité de tête pliable, comprenant un corps principal de fonctionnement (4).
