Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for measuring biometric signals using radar. The method for measuring biometric signals using the radar comprises: a step (a) of receiving multiple biometric signals from the radar； a step (b) of calculating distance information of the received multiple biometric signals and calculating the multiple biometric signals according to each distance； a step (c) of selecting a signal with the largest distribution in accordance with time among the multiple biometric signals for each distance classified in the step (b)； a step (d) of further selecting a plurality of signals among signals of which distance to the signals selected in the step (c) among the multiple biometric signals for each distance classified in the step (b) is less than an arbitrary distance； a step (e) of converting all the signals selected in the step (c) and the step (d) from time domain to frequency domain； a step (f) of calculating reliability for each biometric signal from the signals for each distance converted in the step (e)； and a step (g) of selecting the signals for each distance with the highest reliability calculated in the step (f) for each biometric signal to detect corresponding biometric signals.
