Provided are a method and a device to measure a biometric signal by using radar. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the biometric signal measuring device includes: a first signal obtaining part obtaining a first signal, measuring a first biometric signal of a subject, from first radar； a second signal obtaining part obtaining a second signal, measuring both the first and second biometric signals of the subject, from second radar； a signal synchronizing part synchronizing the first and second signals； and a biometric signal detecting part removing the first biometric signal from the second signal and detecting the second biometric signal by calculating a difference between the first and second signals synchronized.
