PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for knee joint prosthesis replacement capable of highly accurately performing an alignment measurement of the knee joint.SOLUTION: A measuring instrument 1 for knee joint prosthesis replacement includes a guide part 6. The guide part 6 is used for representing a position of a bone head center P1 of the hip joint 102 of a patient 100, from the outside of the patient 100.
