PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the muscle around the breast from being radiographed in a radiographic image of the breast while reducing a burden on a subject during the compression of the breast.SOLUTION: The radiographic instrument 10 can restrain the muscles around the breast from being radiographed in a radiographic image of the breast N while reducing a burden on the subject W during the compression of the breast by being provided with a radiographing table 22 having a plane radiographing surface 20 against which the breast N is pressed, a compression plate portion 40 having a flexible compression plate portion 42 enabled to approach and separate from the radiographing surface 20 and pressing the breast N against the radiographing surface 20, a pair of reinforcing plate portions 44A and 44B integrally formed at both ends of the compression plate portion 42 and reinforcing both ends, and a supporting plate portion 46 spread astride the pair of the reinforcing plate portions 44A and 44B, butting against the side of the chest higher than the base of the breast N of the subject W, and forming a gap 48 between itself and the compression plate portion 42.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳房圧迫時の被験者の負担を軽減しつつ、乳房の放射線画像に乳房周囲の肉が写り込むのを抑制すること。【解決手段】乳房Nが押し付けられる平面状の撮影面20を有する撮影台22と、撮影面20に対して接離可能とされ撮影面20に乳房Nを押し付ける可撓性の圧迫板部42、圧迫板部42の両端部に一体形成され両端部を補強する一対の補強板部44A、44B、及び、一対の補強板部44A、44Bの端部に掛け渡されて被験者Wの乳房Nの付け根よりも胸部上側に当接すると共に圧迫板部42との間に隙間48が形成される支持板部46、を有する圧迫板40と、をX線撮影装置10が備えることで、乳房圧迫時の被験者Wの負担を軽減しつつ、乳房Nの放射線画像に乳房周囲の肉が写り込むのを抑制することができる。【選択図】図7
