PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing corn husk is provided to reduce damage to corns and to facilitate the removal of the corn husk. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing corn husk comprises: a frame consisting of an upper frame(11) and a lower frame(12) in which one side thereof is connected to one side of the upper frame and the other side thereof is connected to the other side of the upper frame； and a pair of rollers which are formed in the upper frame in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame and are arranged in parallel with each other.본 발명은 옥수수 포엽 제거장치에 있어서, 상부프레임과； 상기 상부프레임의 일측면에 일측면이 작키로 연결되고, 상부프레임의 타측면과 타측면이 힌지로 연결된 하부프레임으로 구성된 프레임과； 상기 상부프레임에 구성되고, 상부프레임의 길이방향으로 구성되고, 서로 나란하게 배치되면서 설치 높이가 상이한 한 쌍의 롤러로 구성되고； 상기 한 쌍의 롤러 중에서 설치 높이가 낮은 롤러와 인접하게 롤러의 길이방향으로 구성되고, 상부는 상기 상부프레임에 힌지 결합되고 하부 또는 중부가 캠에 연결된 이탈방지판으로 구성되어； 한 쌍의 롤러의 설치 높이가 상이하여 옥수수가 롤러로부터 이탈되지 않으며, 포엽의 제거가 양호하고 옥수수 알의 손상이 적으면서, 롤러의 주위에 이탈방지판이 구비되어 주기적으로 옥수수를 롤러와 롤러 사이에 위치하도록 밀어주면서 이탈되지 아니하게 하여 옥수수가 롤러로부터 이탈이 되지 않는 효과가 있다.
