Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Anschlusssystem für fluiddurchströmte Bauteile in der Medizin und Medizintechnik mit einem männlichen Verbindungskonus (6, 30) und einer wenigstens teilweise den Verbindungskonus (6) umschließenden Überwurfmutter (7) mit einem Innengewinde (9), zur verliersicheren Verbindung des männlichen Verbindungskonuses (6, 30) mit einer weiblichen Aufnahme eines weiteren fluiddurchströmten Bauteils. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwurfmutter (7) im axialen Abschnitt ihres Umfangmantels abschnittsweise, radial umlaufende Durchbrechungen (10) aufweist und hieran anschließend im Umfangmantel Stege (11, 11’) gebildet sind, auf deren Innenseite in Bezug auf den Umfangmantel Abschnitte des Innengewindes (9) angeordnet sind.
