The present invention relates to a method to manufacture salted jellyfish food, capable of catching and treating a jellyfish and then salting and aging the jellyfish to make the jellyfish edible. The present invention comprises: a treating step of catching and transferring jellyfish to land, and then, separating the tentacles and bodies of the jellyfish in washing water through loading and unloading while at the same time washing the tentacles and bodies； a primary bodies or tentacles salting step of salting the bodies and tentacles of the jellyfish； an individual body or tentacle drying step of hanging the salted bodies and tentacles on a tray to dry the bodies and tentacles with onshore wind； a secondary bodies or tentacles salting step of salting the bodies and tentacles of the jellyfish by adding a saline solution； and an individual aging step of aging the bodies and tentacles of the jellyfish, individually inserted into the saline solution through the primary salting step, in an individual storage tank for three months. According to the present invention, as salted jellyfish food is manufactured of abandoned jellyfish with salting and aging, the present invention is capable of increasing profits for fishing workers and reducing damage by jellyfish while enhancing the taste and human health by rapidly reducing the salinity of salted jellyfish through licorice water, thereby improving the popularity of salted jellyfish as well as increasing the consumption of jellyfish.본 발명은 해파리를 포획 및 가공한 후 염장 및 숙성시켜서 섭취가 가능토록 한 해파리 젓갈의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 해파리를 포획하여 육상으로 운송 후 하역에 의해서 세척수에 잠긴 해파리의 몸통과 다리를 분리하면서 동시에 세척하여 몸통과 다리를 각각 구분하는 가공단계와, 분리된 해파리의 몸통과 다리에 소금을 각각 투입하여 염장하는 몸통 또는 다리 개별 살염1차염장단계와, 이후 절인 몸통 또는 다리를 채반에 널어서 바닷가의 해풍에 의해서 각각 자연 건조하는 몸통 또는 다리 개별 건조단계와, 이후 건조된 해파리의 몸통 또는 다리를 식염수에 투입하여 염장하는 몸통 또는 다리 개별 염수2차염장단계와, 몸통 또는 다리 개별 염수2차염장단계에서 식염수에 개별적으로 투입된 해파리 몸통 또는 다리를 개별 저장조에서 3개월 동안 숙성시키는 개별 숙성단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 버려지던 해파리를 염장과 숙성에 의해서 젓갈로 제조하여 해파리에 의한 피해
