A blower has a fan, a motor, an air duct assembly having an air duct passage with an air inlet and an air outlet where the fan rotates to drive the airflow to enter into the air duct passage from the air inlet and to be exposed out of the air outlet, and an electrostatic neutralization apparatus. The electrostatic neutralization apparatus includes a first conductive end and a second conductive end 0 wherein the first conductive end is located within the air duct passage and close to the fan and the second conductive end is also located within the air duct passage. The electrostatic neutralization apparatus of the blower effectively neutralizes electrostatic charges generated by the fan.
