The present invention relates to a method of providing and managing clothing information. All kinds of information about clothing are recognized through an RFID recognizing device such as a smartphone, a tablet PC, a digital camera or the like to provide information to the blind by voice, and also, the recognized information is stored in RFID and then the RFID is attached to a tag of clothing to be recognized through an RFID reader when the clothing is worn, and thus, the blind are able to wear clothing independently. The present invention includes: a step of classifying a clothing type (ITEM) by recognizing the shape of clothing photographed through a camera of a mobile phone a step of recognizing clothing information including the design, color, detail, size, and material of the photographed clothing through a control part a step of storing the recognized clothing information by making a database with voice information and a step of recording the stored database in an RFID tag to attach the tag to the clothing.본 발명은 스마트폰, 테블렛PC, 디지털카메라 등 RFID를 인식할 수 있는 기기 일체를 활용하여 의류에 관련된 제반 정보를 인식하여 음성으로 시각장애인에게 정보를 제공하고, 또한 인식된 정보를 RFID에 저장 후 의류의 태그(TAG)에 부착하고 의류착용시 휴대폰의 RFID 리더로 인식시킴으로써 시각장애인이 독립적으로 의류착용을 할 수 있도록 안내하는 의류 정보 제공 및 관리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 휴대폰의 카메라로 촬영된 의류의 형태를 인식하여 의류의 종류(ITEM)를 분류하는 단계 제어부에서 상기 촬영된 의류의 디자인, 컬러, 디테일, 사이즈 및 소재를 포함하는 의류 정보를 인식하는 단계 상기 단계에서 인식된 의류 정보를 음성정보로 데이터베이스화하여 저장하는 단계 상기 저장된 음성정보 데이터베이스를 RFID 태그에 기록하여 해당 의류에 부착하는 단계를 포함한다.
