PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of manufacturing processes and to suppress occurrence of failure by making life of battery and duration of drugs correspond to each other without providing a device body with a plurality of resistance elements or selective circuits and thereby making the whole device compact, reducing the costs, and in addition simplifying the circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A cartridge 3 is provided with a drug sustainer 20 and resistance elements 22 for consuming batteries 21 so that the life of the batteries 21 corresponds to the duration of insect pest compositions.
