PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work information sharing system capable of stabilizing the growth of crops in a whole field, stabilizing quality, and improving working efficiency in harvesting work while suppressing a steep increase in costs.SOLUTION: A work information sharing system 1 comprises: GPS communication parts 2, 4 and 10 provided to a combine 301, a tractor 101, and a seedling transplanter 201 control devices 3, 5 and 11 provided to the combine 301, the tractor 101, and the seedling transplanter 201 and a recording device 6 detachably provided to the control devices 3, 5 and 11. The recording device 6 is attached to the control device 11 provided to the combine 301 in harvesting work. The control device 11 records in the recording device 6 the information from the GPS communication part 10 in association with the travel speed of the combine 301. The recording device 6 is attached to the control device 5 provided to the seedling transplanter 201 in planting work.
