The diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the in-vivo device installed inside a human body to be moved and an in-vitro device to control the in-vivo device. The in-vivo device includes: a first communications unit to communicate with the in-vitro device a power supply to supply power for driving the in-vivo device and a first controller to control an operation of the in-vivo device according to the control signal when the control signal is received from the in-vitro device.
