PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap in which an elastomer plug which does not cause problems, such as a crack on the surface of the elastomer plug, or does not fail in the process of manufacturing, is enclosed, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The cap C has an external plug 1, an internal plug 2 which has a cylindrical wall 21 and is fit in the external plug 1, and an elastomer plug 3 where a side face 30a is fused all over the inner circumferential surface 21d of the cylindrical wall 21.
