PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic body between a transmitting/receiving surface of an ultrasonic probe and a surface of biological tissue, using a structure not troubling an operator when transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves.SOLUTION: The structure for mounting an elastic body is configured to mount the elastic body 3 as the standard for comparison with the elasticity of the biological tissue in an elastic image of the biological tissue, to the transmitting/receiving surface 1a of the ultrasonic probe 1 through an attachment 2.
