The present invention relates to an oral composition and an oral plaque dispersion agent, both of which, when applied in the oral cavity, enable the effective dispersion of plaques that are firmly adhered onto the surfaces of teeth. An oral composition comprising the components (A), (B) and (C) mentioned below, wherein the content of the component (A) is 3 to 50% by mass inclusive relative to the total content of the components (A) and (B): (A) an olefin sulfonic acid salt having 14 to 20 carbon atoms inclusive； (B) a hydroxyalkanesulfonic acid salt having 14 to 20 carbon atoms inclusive； and (C) sorbitol.La présente invention concerne une composition orale et un agent de dispersion de plaque buccale.
