Provided is a medical stapler in which a magazine and a housing can be easily and firmly coupled. A medical stapler (10) comprises a magazine (2), a lever (3), and a housing (1). A staple (4), a rail (5) for aligning and placing the staple (4), and a staple punching mechanism are disposed in the magazine (2). The lever (3) is used to operate the staple punching mechanism. The housing (1) is coupled to the medical stapler (10) with the magazine (2) and the lever (3) being disposed therebetween. A positioning part having a linear shape and communicating from an opening in the housing, and a locking part for locking the magazine are provided on an inner surface of the housing. A positioning part corresponding to the shape of the positioning part of the housing, and a locking part corresponding to the shape of the locking part of the housing are provided on a surface of the magazine in contact with the inner surface of the housing. The housing and the magazine are coupled to each other by fitting together the locking part of the housing and the locking part of the magazine while aligning the positioning part of the housing and the positioning part of the magazine.
