PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stapler in which a magazine and a housing can be easily and firmly coupled in assembly.SOLUTION: The medical stapler 10 includes: the magazine 2 housing a staple 4, a rail 5 for aligning and placing the staple, and a staple driving mechanism a lever 3 for operating the staple driving mechanism and the housing 1 sandwiching and coupling the magazine and the lever. The housing includes a positioning part having a linear shape and communicating from an opening in the housing, and a locking part for locking the magazine, on the inner surface of the housing. The magazine has a surface in contact with the inner surface of the housing, and the surface includes a positioning part corresponding to the shape of the positioning part of the housing, and a locking part corresponding to the shape of the locking part of the housing are provided on the surface of the magazine in contact with the inner surface of the housing.
