PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation device capable of preferably shifting a prepared composition from a preparation chamber.SOLUTION: A preparation device comprises: a first container 2 having a second opening 21d for causing bone cement prepared by agitation to exit； and a second container 3 for storing a composition exited from an outflow hole. The first container 2 includes: a valve 23 capable of opening/closing the second opening 21d by rotation of a valve body 23a with a rotary shaft 23b as a center； and a communication part 26 for communicating a preparation chamber 2s inside of the first container 2 and a storage chamber 31s inside of the second container 3.
