The present invention relates to a multilayered blood product and also to methods for preparing the blood product. The blood product comprises components from whole blood: fibrin, thrombocytes and leukocytes. The blood product comprises three layers, wherein the second layer is adjacent to the first layer and to the third layer, the first layer defines a first outer surface of the blood product, and the third layer defines a second outer surface of the blood product. The first layer comprises a majority of fibrin, the second layer comprises a majority of thrombocytes and the third layer comprises a majority of leukocytes. The blood product may be obtainable by methods using a container means, the inner surface of which is made from a material activating or not activating coagulation process. The volume of whole blood is placed in a container means, coagulation of the whole blood is activated, then the coagulated whole blood is separated into erythrocytes, serum and blood product by a centrifugal force being at least 1000 g acting on the whole blood for at least 30 sec, and the obtained blood product is removed from the container means.Данное изобретение относится к многослойному продукту крови, а также способам получения данного продукта крови.
