A method for extracting platelet rich fibrin including platelets of high concentration, provided by the present invention, includes: a step (S10) for collecting whole blood (Wb) a step (S11) for separating blood cells from blood plasma by primarily centrifuging the whole blood (Wb) a step (S12) for collecting the blood plasma in an injector or a centrifugal tube and exposing the blood plasma to the air in order to promote the generation of the platelet rich fibrin (PRF) a step (S13) for secondarily centrifuging the blood plasma which is exposed to air by sealing the injector or the centrifugal tube a step (S13) for secondarily centrifuging the blood plasma which is exposed to air by sealing the injector or the centrifugal tube and a step (S14) for extracting the platelet rich fibrin (PRF) which is generated by the secondary centrifugation. A method for cutting the platelet rich fibrin includes: a step (S20) for accommodating the platelet rich fibrin in a container a step (S21) for removing moisture of the platelet rich fibrin and a step (S22) for cutting the platelet rich fibrin in a predetermined size. Thereby the present invention is able to extract platelet rich fibrin from blood plasma which is separated from whole blood and is able to obtain platelets of high concentration while reducing the content of red blood cells which are unnecessary in the platelet rich fibrin to the minimum amount when extracting the platelet rich fibrin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 고농도의 혈소판을 포함하는 혈소판농축섬유소의 추출방법은 전혈(Wb)을 채취하는 단계(S10) 전혈(Wb)을 1차 원심분리시켜 혈구와 혈장으로 분리하는 단계(S11) 혈장을 주사기 또는 원심분리튜브에 채집하고, 혈소판농축섬유소(PRF)의 생성을 촉진시키기 위해 혈장을 공기에 노출하는 단계(S12) 주사기 또는 원심분리튜브를 밀봉하여 공기에 노출된 혈장을 2차 원심분리시키는 단계(S13) 및, 2차 원심분리로 생성된 혈소판농축섬유소(PRF)를 추출하는 단계(S14)를 포함하고, 혈소판농축섬유소의 절단방법은 혈소판농축섬유소를 용기에 수용하는 단계(S20) 혈소판농축섬유소의 수분을 제거하는 단계(S21) 및 혈소판농축섬유소를 일정 크기로 절단하는 단계(S22)를 포함함으로써, 전혈에서 분리된 혈장으로부터 혈소판농축섬유소를 추출하고, 이때 혈소판농축섬유소에서 불필요한 적혈구 포함량을 최소한으로 감소시키면서 고농도의 혈소판을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.
