The present invention is characterized by the following steps: adding 0.5-1 wt% of organic acid to the red ginseng residues obtained by extracting red ginseng extract for 4-6 times, and aging the mixture in a low temperature aging chamber at 9-11 for 22-26 hours; adding 5-8 times the amount of water to the mixture, and inserting the mixture into a tank; heating the tank with a heater to maintain the internal temperature at 80-85, and applying the ultrasonic vibrations and the microbubbles to the red ginseng and the water for extracting for 6-8 hours; mixing 68-72 wt% of the organic saponin extract obtained from the previous step, 5-7 wt% of germanium powder having the particle size smaller than 300 meshes, 5-7 wt% of illite powder, 5-7 wt% of zeolite powder, 5-7 wt% of bentonite powder, and 5-7 wt% of silicic acid; and precipitating the mineral powder for 4-6 hours to separate supernatant from mineral sludge, and packaging the supernatant in a container.
