The present invention relates to a method for producing an illite extract with adjusted pH which, more particularly, includes the steps of: manufacturing illite powder by grinding illite inserting the illite powder and water into an enclosed container and pressurizing and heating the illite powder and the water discharging vapor from the enclosed container through a connected pipe by adjusting the diameter of the pipe and pressure of the discharged vapor and obtaining the illite extract by condensing the discharged vapor.
