PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device capable of giving notice of details to be handled in a situation of emergency when the situation of emergency is grasped from a human voice.SOLUTION: When a sound sensor control part 40 acquires a voice, a CPU 10 generates and collates feature data representing features of the voice with data for analysis stored in a data table 61 for voice analysis so as to recognize the tone and words of the voice.
