PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply measure a swallowing state and to present the analysis result of the measured data.SOLUTION: An instrument 10 for measuring swallowing function data includes a measurement unit 20 for swallowing function data and a control unit 50. The measurement unit 20 is a neck mounted interface where a sound measurement part 30 and a presentation part 40 are arranged in a mounting frame 22. The control unit 50 includes a gain amplification part 60, a sound data analysis part 70, a determination part 80, a memory 90, an LED control part 100, and a radio communication part 110. The sound data analysis part 70 analyzes respective kinds of sound data of laryngeal vault closing sound, bolus passage sound, and laryngeal vault opening sound, on the basis of measurement data (acoustic signals) of larynx activity sound measured by the sound measurement part 30.
