PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a direct rotation of a turn table at a place separated from a vertical shaft.SOLUTION: A seedling supply device K disposed above a seedling-planting device U to supply seedlings N to seedling-planting tools U1 at a rising position has a turn table S intermittently freely rotated on a vertical shaft 10, many seedling supply tools K1 which are arranged in the peripheral portion of the turn table and can receive and drop seedlings, and a supply drive mechanism K2 which synchronizes with the upward or downward movement of the seedling-planting tool and drives the turn table.
