An aspiration system includes a housing (11) containing an aspiration pump (54) and a chamber (55), a collection bag (21) in fluid communication with the chamber, and a tubing assembly (17) including a first tube portion (105) connected to the chamber. The tubing assembly (17) has a connector (92) to split the first tube portion into a second and third tube portion (94 and 96, respectively), the second tube portion (94) in fluid communication in use with a first catheter to aspirate particles through the first catheter and the third tube portion (96) in fluid communication in use with a second catheter to aspirate particles through the second catheter.
