PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device having excellent functionality, which can be easily attached by wrapping around a user's neck, body, arms, legs, etc., and can effectively cool a target portion. SOLUTION: The cooling device 10 is mounted so as to be wrapped around a predetermined position of a user 11's body, and has a liquid storage portion 14 formed in a hollow rod shape and one in the longitudinal direction of the liquid storage portion during use. A band 30 for connecting the side and the other side and a connecting means 15 composed of a hook-and-loop fastener are provided, and the sheet material constituting the liquid storage portion has a thickness of 1 to 7 mm, and has a rubber inner surface sheet and an outer surface of the inner surface sheet.
