PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fat meter which is made capable of simultaneously measuring internal impedance and contact impedance between a body skin surface and a contact part of a measurement surface to accurately measure internal impedance accurately determining a state of a measurement person him-/her-self and a state of measurement of the measurement person.SOLUTION: A plurality of contact parts to be in contact with a body skin surface and parts between the contact parts are structured with a conductive material. The plurality of contact parts and the parts between the contact parts are made into a state of usually keeping measurable electric conductivity.
