PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which is tending to smoothly disintegrate when applying on a lip, spreads onto the lip with ease and uniformly without color irregularity, and can be beautifully applied along the corner or outline of the mouth.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic contains following components (A)-(D): (A) 0.01-20 mass% of a cellulose derivative in which a main chain includes a cellulose skeleton where 45-65 mol% of total hydroxyl groups are replaced by a group-O-M-R (wherein, M is CHor carbonyl group: C=O and R is 3-40C linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group) (B) 1-40 mass% of a volatile hydrocarbon oil (C) 0.1-40 mass% of a wax which is in a solid state at 25°C and (D) 5-40 mass% of an ester oil which is in a liquid state at 25°C and contains one hydroxyl group in a molecule. A mass ratio (B)/(D) of the component (B) to the component (D) is 0.05-4.
