The present invention relates to an insect trapping device which can be immobilized by means of being hung on a tree or a structure to trap insects in the surrounding region. According to the present invention, the insect trapping device comprises a trapping unit and a luring unit, wherein the trapping unit comprises: a trapping body formed in the shape of a hollow box, having one closed end and the other open end a plurality of hollow conical members serially installed on the other end of the trapping body at a uniform distance by means of connection rods and a trapping top plate installed above the hollow conical members, having a wire joined to one upper side thereof, wherein insects lured into the hollow conical members are trapped in the trapping body, whereas the luring unit comprises: a luring body installed on the bottom surface of the trapping body, having one closed end and the other open end a hollow luring auxiliary body whose one end is connected to the other end of the luring body, having a through hole punched on one side thereof and a luring top plate formed in the shape of a plate and installed on the other end of the luring auxiliary body, wherein the scent of pheromone installed inside the luring body is diffused to the outside through the through hole of the luring auxiliary body to thereby attract the insects in the surrounding region. Accordingly, by installing the luring body inside the trapping body, the insect trapping device limits the space available to the insects trapped inside the trapping body to fly, thereby preventing the insects from readily escaping to the outside the trapping body. Thus, since the luring unit is installed inside the trapping unit thereby limiting the space available to the trapped insects to fly, the trapping device of the present invention can not only trap all the insects in the surrounding region but also monitor all the insects in the region in which the trapping device is installed.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본원발명은 곤충
