An LED fish-luring light device according to the present invention comprises: a fish-luring light case on the back side of which a pipe connection groove of an outer shape of a fish-luring installation stand is formed; an LED module which is equipped in the inside of the fish-luring light case and in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged, the LED module being configured to irradiate light frontward when power is supplied; a protection cover for covering the front of the opened fish-luring light case, the protection cover being formed of a transparent material; and an attachment member for supporting an LED fish-luring light in the rear side such that the fish-luring installation stand is closely adhered to the fish-luring light case, wherein a refrigerant is circulated within the hollow fish-luring installation stand. As stated above, according to the present invention, a refrigerant is circulated within a hollow water supply pipe, and the LED fish-luring light is formed to be closely adhered to the outer circumferential surface of the water supply pipe, thereby efficiently emitting high-temperature heat generated in the LED fish-luring light via the water supply pipe in a short time.
