The instant disclosure relates to a method of preparing bottling hydrogen water, comprising the following steps. The first step is to generate hydrogen-rich water. The next step is to introduce nitrogen gas into the hydrogen-rich water to form nitrogen-containing hydrogen-rich water. The next step is to fill the nitrogen-containing hydrogen-rich water into a bottle, wherein a portion of hydrogen and nitrogen gases release from the liquid surface of the nitrogen-containing hydrogen-rich water, adapted to expel air out of the bottle. The last step is to seal the bottle, wherein a free gas space left in the bottle is occupied by hydrogen and nitrogen gases. The instant disclosure further provides a bottling hydrogen water and a preparing system thereof.本發明提供一種瓶裝富氫水飲料之製備方法,包括以下之步驟:首先,提供富氫水飲料;接著,在所述富氫水飲料中混入氮氣,以形成含氮之富氫水飲料;然後,將所述含氮之富氫水飲料填充到一瓶裝容器內,而所述含氮之富氫水飲料於填充時,其中一部分的氫氣及氮氣會同時從液體表面釋出以將空氣完全趕出於所述瓶裝容器;最後,迅速將所述瓶裝容器予以密封,以使所述瓶裝容器內之未被所述富氫水飲料所佔據的一氣體容置空間中保存氫氣及氮氣。本發明還提供一種利用上述方法製備之瓶裝富氫水飲料及其製備系統。S100至S106‧‧‧步驟
