PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the amount of misregistration between a mask image and a contrast image and to announce the inspection/maintenance timing at an appropriate time.SOLUTION: Immediately after installation of the apparatus or later, the amount of misregistration between the mask image M and the contrast image C in a position at the same angle which is obtained when an X-ray source 1 and an X-ray detector 2 are continuously rotated, for example, at a shooting angle &phivn is stored in a displacement memory 27b in each case and is accumulated. The amount of misregistration accumulated in the displacement memory 27b is subjected to statistical processing.
