PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool system and an endoscope system, capable of surely improving drug absorption performance of a tissue by a puncture needle in a soft endoscope.SOLUTION: A treatment tool system having a flexible first tube part inserted into an analyte is used in an endoscope generating an image signal according to an image of the interior of the analyte.
