PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle guide which is a treatment tool used for a brachytherapy device of prostate cancer and can be easily detached so that the puncture needle guide does not interfere with the treatment even in a state where a puncture needle is stuck, in order to solve the problem in which a conventional puncture needle guide interferes with a treatment work when the puncture needle guided by the puncture needle guide is inserted into an affected part to perform treatment by using a tomographic image obtained by an ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: A guide of a puncture needle is constituted by a plurality of parts and has a configuration in which a fixing member for fixing the plurality of parts can be canceled with only one spot. Thereby the puncture needle guide which can be disintegrated with the puncture needle inserted can be provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】前立腺癌の小線源治療装置に用いられる治療治具であって、超音波探触子により得られる断層画像を用いて穿刺針ガイドによりガイドされた穿刺針を患部に挿入し治療する際に、従来は、穿刺針ガイドが治療作業の障害になる場合について考慮されていなかった。本発明の目的は、穿刺針を刺した状態でも、穿刺針ガイドが治療の邪魔にならないように、穿刺針ガイドを簡単に取り外すことができる穿刺針ガイドを提供することにある。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、穿刺針のガイドを、複数のパーツで構成し、それらを固定する固定部材を1箇所のみで解除できる構成とした。これにより、穿刺針を挿入したままでも解体できる穿刺針ガイドを提供できる。【選択図】図3
