PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of packing pressure in a packing space in front packing of slurry.SOLUTION: After the upper opening of the packing space 1a in which a cosmetic plate is held is covered with the lower surface of a packing head, a slurry is discharged from a pouring opening 3c and the slurry is packed in the packing space 1a.
