This invention relates to an instantaneous insulin injection apparatus. It includes a securing portion, an injection portion, an implanted sensing portion, an identification system, and a controller. This securing portion is provided for securing on a user’ s body. The injection portion is fixed on the securing portion and is able to change to different injection position into the user’s skin. The implanted sensing portion is implanted inside the user’s body. Once the detected body sugar value is higher than a critical value, an injection command is generated. The identification (ID) system contains a detector and an ID tag. The detector is fixed on the securing portion. The ID tag is fixed on the implanted sensing portion. Thus, it can confirm the user’s identification by a confirmation signal. The controller is mounted on the securing portion. When the injection command and the confirmation signal are received, the controller controls the injection portion moving to a specific position so as to start an insulin injection process for this user. Therefore, this invention is quite intelligent and instantaneous for automatic insulin injection. It can be adjusted depending upon the user’s condition. The injection position can be changed automatically. It has an identification system with greater safety.
