PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back-injection device which injects an implant into a body during withdrawal of a needle.SOLUTION: The device has a gripping unit 70 for gripping the device by a user, and an injection needle 62. A retaining unit 102 retains an implant 100 in upstream of the injection needle 62. An injection unit injects the implant 100 during withdrawal of the injection needle 62. A protection unit 68 achieves an injection position to uncover the injection needle 62 and a safety position to cover again the injection needle 62 after the utilization of the device.
